Not all clients are easy to work with; some are downright resistant to change. When you face challenging clients, what do you do to help them?

Consider these questions for the call:

  1. What are some of the challenges you face with clients that are difficult to motivate?
  2. What tool, technique, or perspective have you found to be most useful moving clients forward?
  3. How do you encourage your clients to move forward in tough economic times?
  4. What resources do you have in place to refer clients to other services when you are not equipped to work with them?
  5. Where do you draw the line with what you are willing to do to help a client?
