What are Pass-Along Materials (PAMs), and why do you change out the PAMs content packs each month? 
Pass-Along Materials (PAMs) are brandable content you can use with your resume writing clients. They are articles and short reports provided in Microsoft Word format that you can simply stick your name on and use “as is,” or edit and/or rewrite into new content. Learn more here. Content pack formats are articles, complete step-by-step guides, checklists, ready-to-go workshops, and more.

When you sign up for a paid membership, you will have access to the current month’s PAM content pack. A new pack is released each month as a benefit of membership. The reason for removing the previous month’s package is to encourage you to renew your membership each month. Because memberships are on a month-to-month basis, each month you will have access to a new package! Previous packages are sold separately in the Resume Writers' Digest store.

How can I limit the information that is shown to the public?
The information that is shown to the public is actually very limited. For folks who are not logged in, you'll only see the resume writer's name and organization, plus a Twitter handle (if you provided one) and any certifications you may have noted. This is what the General Public sees. (To see this for yourself, log out of your profile and click on “Directory of Resume Writers” and see what you see. Then log in and look at the Directory again.) Paid members get to see more information: phone and fax numbers, email address, snail mail address, website and more.

You can always change your privacy settings in your Profile. (“View profile” in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Then click on "Edit Profile" and Privacy settings.) Just remember — when you limit access, you also limit networking and business referral opportunities. The general public doesn't have access to your address info — only other resume writers who are logged in can see this.

I don't like to use my credit card online. Can I send you a check?
Sure! Make the check payable to “Image Building Communications” and send it to PO Box 241621, Omaha, NE 68124. You can pay for an annual membership ($144), or pre-pay for several months (at $13/month), if you'd like. Renewals paid by check are processed manually, so there may be a delay in renewing your membership this way. For faster processing, include a copy of your renewal invoice and/or your account number on your check.

How do I change the payment source for my recurring payment profile on
You'll make the change in PayPal.

Log into your PayPal account.

If you're still using “classic” view in PayPal, click Profile near the top of the page. Then click My Money. Click “Update” in the “My preapproved payments” section.

If you're using the “new” view in PayPal, click on the icon in the upper right-hand corner. Click Profile and settings. On the left side, click My Money. Click “Update” next to “My preapproved payments.”

Click the name of the merchant you want to change (It may appear as “Image Building Communications” or “BeAResumeWriter.”) Click “Change” in the Payment Method section. Select the payment method you would like to use.
